Carlos E. Moore, a proud Southerner, has dedicated his life to justice, service, and empowering his community. A graduate of Moss Point High School, the University of South Alabama, and The Florida State University College of Law, Attorney Moore has built a distinguished career rooted in advocacy, integrity, and leadership. 

Guided by faith and an unwavering belief in equal opportunity, he has broken barriers throughout his career—from becoming the first African American to receive the Mississippi Bar’s Outstanding Young Lawyer Award to serving as President of the National Bar Association. His leadership continues to open doors for others and strengthen trust in the pursuit of justice.

 Beyond the courtroom, Attorney Moore is deeply involved in civic and youth development—founding the Grenada chapter of 100 Black Men, supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs, and providing scholarships to local students since 2006. Now a resident of Georgia, Attorney Moore is a devoted husband, father, and community leader. He embodies hope for a more just and united future—proving through his service that progress is possible when purpose meets perseverance.
