Dads for Justice, Inc. is founded upon a defining principle: the measure of a society is reflected in its commitment to ensuring every child has a voice, and that the promise of justice is transformed into a lived reality.
We exist to unite fathers as a collective voice for children whose experiences, needs, and rights require champions willing to stand with conviction. Our mission is to advocate for the protection, dignity, and future of every child by confronting systems, practices, and barriers that prevent justice from being fully realized.
We believe fathers possess a profound responsibility to stand as advocates, protectors, and voices of accountability. Through strategic advocacy, education, legal initiatives, public engagement, and collaborative partnerships, Dads for Justice, Inc. works to ensure that every child has access to fair treatment, meaningful representation, and the opportunity to thrive.
Justice must be more than a principle expressed in words; it must be reflected in actions, systems, and outcomes. Our commitment is to help create a future where the voices of children are heard, their rights are protected, and institutions are accountable to the lives they impact.

DADS FOR JUSTICE
Judge Carlos Moore is the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Founder of Dads for Justice, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for justice, accountability, and the protection of children and families. Through the organization, Judge Moore works to empower fathers, strengthen communities, and ensure that every child has a voice by promoting fairness within the legal system, public policy reform, and community engagement.
A nationally recognized attorney, former judge, and civil rights advocate, Judge Moore has spent more than two decades fighting for justice on behalf of individuals and families. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Carlos Moore Law Group and has successfully represented thousands of clients in complex civil rights, personal injury, and criminal matters.
Judge Moore made history as the 79th President of the National Bar Association, the nation's oldest and largest network of predominantly Black attorneys and judges. During his tenure, he championed equal justice, voting rights, judicial diversity, and police accountability while leading national initiatives to advance civil rights and strengthen underserved communities.
As Founder of Dads for Justice, Inc., Judge Moore is committed to building a movement that advocates for children's safety, supports responsible fatherhood, demands accountability in cases involving child abuse and neglect, and partners with communities and policymakers to create lasting systemic change. Under his leadership, the organization seeks to educate the public, provide resources to families, and amplify the voices of those seeking justice for vulnerable children.
